Holidays: Holidays worked are paid at time and a half.

6 holidays per year - (New Year's, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving and Christmas)
No payout on holidays not worked unless specifed by the customer in the contract.

Tuition Reimbursement

Full time regular nonexempt and exempt employees who have completed at least six months of employment. Employees who receive the reimbursement and leave the company within one year of the payment must repay the tuition reimbursement in full.
Course relation must have direct relationship to security or Guard Management's business, and are directly related to the current work the employee is performing.
100% of the cost of the course fee upon successful completion with a letter grade of B or higher or other evidence of satisfactory completion. This reimbursement does not include course materials or books.

Only those non-exempt employees who are covered by a collective bargaining agreement and/or contract are eligible for paid vacation, sick time & personal days according to the agreement or contract.

Sick Time: Unpaid unless specified

6 days per year accrued at 1/2 day per month
Ability to accrue sick leave to a cap of 160 hours or 20 days
Ability to use accrued sick leave after 90 days of employment
No payout of accrued sick leave at termination of employment only if on/approved medical leave

Vacation: Unpaid unless specified

1 week a year for year 1, 2 weeks a year, year 2-3, 3 weeks a years 4+ years
Ability to accrue vacation to a cap of 160 hours or 20 days - subject to prior approval by the Chief Operating Officer, can be taken in 1 week intervals, may not be used to reduce one's work week
Ability to use accrued vacation after 6 months of employment
No payout in lieu of vacation - payout of accrued vacation only under approved medical leave

Personal Days: Unpaid unless specified

4 personal days per year - may be used 1 day per quarter
Ability to use after 90 days
Do not accrue from year to year
No payout
