Focusing primarily on one type of work allows each team member to become more skilled, more efficient & effective, and more knowledgeable about safe, sound procedures for their position. GMI also utilizes cross-training and rotating of our employees through different Specialist positions to provide a more flexible, versatile team of employees. These methods allow GMI the opportunity to provide our customers with competitive pricing for the services we provide.

Energy Cost Savings
GMI partners with our customers to minimize the cost of electricity used by our Cleaning Specialists to clean a building. GMI employs the philosophies of Team Cleaning rather than zone cleaning. With Team Cleaning employees are trained to be task Specialists and work together to clean areas in less time which allows us to turn out the lights in an area sooner.
