GMI Integrated Facilities is looking for qualified Operation Managers in Orange County, Inland Empire and San Diego.

Must be a self-motivated individual with previous management experience, preferred. Responsibilities include monitoring daily timekeeping reports, recruitment, ensure employees attend required training, ensure Branch compliance, administer awards program, conduct regularly scheduled visits to job sites, perform checklist audits, control equipment costs, communication with employees, employee relations, various other duties as required. Assist Branch Manager with responsibilities to oversee multiple job sites.
Strong computer skills required. Strong Office Administrative skills required. Must be well organized and have attention to detail. Past Security, Law Enforcement, Military or related field experience preferred.
