Accountability - GMI uses the “Deggy Tour” system on all patrol customers' properties, at no additional cost to the customer. The Deggy system ensures accountability. The system provides electronic proof of physical visits in the form of weekly reports that indicate the exact times the Security Officer's were on site.
Responsiveness - In addition to our 24 hour Dispatch Center , GMI utilizes the proprietary Telephone Incident Reporting System (TIRS) which gives security officers an easy to use method of reporting incidents. TIRS prompts officers through the reporting process to ensure all necessary information is collected. Each TIRS report includes a narrative recording stored in the system, which can be reviewed by GMI and customers for future reference. The TIRS reports are immediately distributed to you via phone, fax or e-mail. TIRS is timely, accurate and complete!
A picture is worth a thousand words - GMI security officers carry digital cameras on patrol. In the event of a reportable incident (as determined by you and GMI), GMI security personnel will take a digital photograph of the scene and that photo(s) will be attached to the e-mailed report you receive on a weekly basis.
