Recruiting Reliable People
Guard Management recognizes the criticality of selecting reliable Asset Protection Professionals and that is why we have developed a comprehensive week-long hiring process. The recruiting funnel explains the process that all potential security recruits must complete before being selected to join our team.

On average only 9% of all applicants successfully pass all phases of our screening process and are offered a position. We are looking for reliable people who can assimilate our 5 Core Values.

Beyond Basic Training
Guard Management has developed a training certification program that extends beyond basic initial, and on-site training. Our Security PIN (Professional Intelligence Now) program provides our Asset Protection Professionals the opportunity to improve their security IQ.

The classes are free and all Asset Protection Professionals who successfully pass the certification training receive one of these pins.

Scheduling
The Scheduling Manager utilizes a state of the art software program called TEAM to ensure that all Asset Protection Professionals are always scheduled appropriately.

This comprehensive system links the scheduling data, with payroll and billing to ensure that GMI always pays the Asset Protection Professionals for the actual hours worked and invoices the customers for only the hours provided.

Team Support
The Support Supervisors provide all GMI Asset Protection Professionals with the tools and equipment they need to perform their job duties successfully every day. Support items can include flashlights, batteries, rain gear, supplies, uniforms, Daily Activity & Incident Reports and many others.

Retaining Reliable People
Guard Management is continually monitoring our Asset Protection Professionals adherence to our 5 Core Values. We believe that standard employee evaluations are useless unless they happen in a real time. This means any employee at any time should be able to measure their performance and determine where they sit in the promotion matrix.
