Field Operations Manager

GMI’s Construction Division is looking for a dedicated, hands-on individual who knows how to run crews, schedule jobs, and has experience in the various construction trades.

We are looking for Field Operation Managers in Orange County, Inland Empire and San Diego.

Top pay, career opportunity! Must be a self-motivated individual with previous management experience. Must have experience in commercial maintenance and tenant improvement construction.

Responsible for multiple job sites, client/account management, employee performance, employee relations, training, payroll issues.

Computer skills required. Math skills required.
Speak, read and write. Bilingual is a must!
Must know how to follow plans and be detailed with trade skills and administrative skills.
