Ben  Cordova -
Chief Operating Officer

Ben Cordova has 27 years of experience in security and security design.  Mr. Cordova is the creator of the “Integrated Security System” which incorporates the use of security-based technology, policies and procedures and appropriate levels of security personnel.  The “Integrated Security System” creates a safe yet manageable work environment.  Mr. Cordova is a Certified Protection Professional, the highest professional accreditation in the industry and a member of the Downtown Partnership, BOMA and the American Society of Industrial Security.  Mr. Cordova was a founding member of the San Diego “Downtown Safety Network”. Ben served as a member of United States Marine Force Reconnaissance from July of 1974 to June of 1995. During that time he served three tours of combat operations and participated in numerous covert operations throughout the world. He was a full trained Marine Sniper, Airborne Ranger and Naval Special Warfare Combat S.C.U.B.A. diver. As a member of this elite military unit he also participated in the building of security programs for “top secret” military facilities. It was while participating in these events that he received intensive training in the development of physical security programs for facilities. He received his bachelor's degree in business administration from National University and his masters in security management from the American Military University . Since his retirement from the Marine Corps he has been an owner and chief operating officer for Guard Management Inc.
